Cat 2 from Chinese Animal Painting: Lesson 515
Since the cave men era, cats have been one of our favorite pets and household companions. In Chinese legend, the cat and mouse were the best of friends. However, when the Lord decided to choose twelve animals to represent the Zodiac, the mouse misinformed the cat about the date! The cat showed up one day late and found itself totally excluded from the selection, while, ironically, the mouse winded up being the first animal on the chart. This is why the cat hates the mouse and is forever chasing it and making it suffer!
In this hour long video lesson, a continuation from Cat 1, Ning still provides his detailed step-by-step instructions and walks you through an additional four more compositions, enabling you to paint your very own masterpieces that capture perfectly the spirit and attitude of the Cat.
